Welcome to Eat Rich! A play on my name (hi, I am Mackenzie Richmond) and an emphasis on the value of creating and maintaining optimal health in a thoughtful, 360 degree way! I truly do believe that health is wealth on a holistic level. Which boils down to (another pun for you!) the idea that making choices that feel good is a practice that can establish wellness in body, mind, and soul.
Food is a special, wonderful and cherished part of my life. And sharing what I cook or eat is so special to me! I love playing in the kitchen, but I am also into sustainability, big-picture nutrition, and habits that promote a greater sense of bliss/joy. This substack will be an amalgamation of a photo journal, virtual kitchen table, food blog, and stream of consciousness. I am so grateful that you are following along!
